Our Kangaroo Island Tours are private tours, so the itineraries are flexible and you don't waste precious time waiting for others or picking up other people from other locations.

When you enter our modern Toyota Landcruiser you are immediately on tour with a driver/guide with 18 years experience in the industry on Kangaroo Island and we tailor your itinerary to suit your interests. We have access into private areas and so are able to maximise your wildlife based touring experience with out having to cope with large numbers of tourists.

The Lookout is rated by AAA Tourism at 4½ stars on a 5 star maximum scale and this rating indicates that the property is exceptionally well appointed with a high level of facilities, quality furnishings and a high degree of comfort, presentation and guest services provided. (AAA is the national tourism body of the Australian motoring organisations). The business has also been assessed by the National Tourism Accreditation Programme and holds a certificate of accreditation.

The Lookout is only 10 minutes from the Island's ferry terminal at Penneshaw and is set in magnificent gardens with stunning ocean views across Backstairs Passage to the Australian mainland.

Our package prices are very competitive especially as we offer private touring and accommodation. These prices are all inclusive of meals (3 course dinner with wine included, gourmet lunches served in the field with wine included, all private 4WD touring, entry fees into Parks and Reserves, a nocturnal tour of the penguin colony in Penneshaw, and most on-Island transfers).*
